I absolutely love Dr. Ukwu. I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years. Since she was previously located at memorial Hermann off Business Center Drive. Dr. Ukwu is the doctor that doesn’t just prescribe medication for prescribing same. She asks pertinent questions about your lifestyle that may contribute to your symptoms in a positive or negative way. From there, she’ll make recommendations that are more natural such as positively, adding or subtracting a food source that could add vitamins or minerals you may need, getting more sleep, increasing exercise. I appreciate her calm demeanor and how she listens to my concerns. I would recommend her 10000x over

Dr. Ukwu was super easy to talk to and her bedside manner was incredible. She came as a recommendation and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive, but for me - having a PCP that genuinely cares and listens like her, but also gives you a comfortable feeling is next level! I had been feeling very ill for 4 days. On day 5 I realized I needed to see my doctor as I was getting any better after self-diagnosing and self-medicating. I sent a message via the portal requesting to see the doctor immediately like the same day. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to see her the same day as her regular appointment calendar took me to December. I saw the doctor and was diagnosed and got the treatment I needed. I was so grateful as I had not been able to sleep for the past 4 nights. Thank you Dr. Ukwu and your wonderful caring staff.

Recently I reconnected with Dr Jennifer Ukwu , she has been my Dr for more than 2 years at Herman Memorial .. I wz devastated when she departed Herman .. Dr. Ukwu made me feel comfortable and at ease during my initial visit. She addressed all my questions and really prioritized your health needs. Her compassion is palpable and her sense of calmness did help me during this visit. It does leave a lasting impression. Her staff (receptionist and MA) demonstrated great customer service. Exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Of course you are there for a medical appointment, but the waiting room welcomes you with an aesthetically pleasing design. You are immediately called and transitioned to your triage room, where the beautiful design is continued into the patient’s room. The nurse’s assistant is very knowledgeable, meticulously gets you through your vitals, and gets you to your room to wait on the doctor. In little to no time Dr. Ukwu is there to serve you. She has exceptional bed side manner, very informative and a relaxing nature. As you check out, you are greeted by an amazing staff member who quickly and effectively checks you out and sets your next appointment. I wish I could give more than five stars because this clinic is deserving of much more!

First let’s say the office is so cute, atmosphere is calm and the doctor is amazing.

Fast and friendly service.

I was greeted, but most importantly finally got a doctor's office to measure me. The doctor came in with pen and pad she jotted notes and spoke with me. My last doctor used technology. I barely got in 7 or 8 minutes to prove my point before he was on to the next. The first was spent his technology together. The breaking point was when they were nonresponsive to my request for meds. Steroids for my 5 chronic illnesses to be exact. I ended up in bed a week swollen and in pain. I got my meds and I'm back to normal.

I have been searching for a new primary care doctor. Unfortunately, I was not having any success until I found Dr. Ukwo. Dr. Ukwu was very patient and understanding. She took her time to hear my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and very informed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ukwu to anyone I know.
